I have always dreamed of becoming a doctor. However, my dream became very fuzzy when I realized the overwhelming costs to pursue a medical degree. I am so honored to be an Alpha Kappa Alpha EAF scholarship recipient. My dream of devoting my talents to others who are less fortunate is becoming a reality!

Graduate Scholarships
Scholarships are the primary means by which EAF carries out its mission. The Foundation awards Merit and Financial Need graduate scholarships.
Merit
Merit Scholarship Eligibility
To be eligible for this one-year one-time only scholarship, the applicant must:
- Be a full-time, sophomore or beyond;
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited degree-granting institution;
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 ("B" average);
- Demonstrate community service and involvement.
Merit scholarship applications and supporting documents for Graduate students have a postmark deadline of August 15, 2013. Awards will be announced by December 2013.

Financial Need
Financial Need Scholarship Eligibility
